What are my responsibilities as a customer of Social Medialyte?
We want you to be involved in the planning process of your social media campaign to ensure maximum success and return on investment. Your online marketing specialist will meet with you at the beginning of each month to review what promotions you might be having and what industry topics you want to focus on. As industry experts, they will come equipped with creative suggestions to help guide you through the brainstorming process in a simple and painless way.
How much does it cost?
Basic, Standard, and Premium. Packages start at just $499 per month. For more details on what is included in each package and to determine which one is right for you, please visit our pricing page for further details.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Social Medialyte does not charge any hidden fees. You will pay a one-time setup fee to implement your social media profiles and define your preferences and from that point forward, you will only pay the monthly fee that is associated with your package. That’s it!
Please Note: You will also have the option to add contests and paid advertising to your social media campaign. This is completely optional and any associated costs are never marked up.
Why wouldn't I just manage social media myself?
You certainly can; however, consider the time it takes to plan your social media strategy, make daily updates, and engage your customers and potential customers in conversation. What are your hours?
Our regular business hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday; however, we can send your social media updates at any time you want. If your customers are more likely to engage in social media in the evening, we’ll arrange for your updates to be made at the appropriate time. Our goal is to maximize your exposure across all online social mediums.
